Z2u Store ("we", "us", "our") is an independent reseller providing discounted access to third-party AI tool subscriptions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, Cursor, Perplexity, Suno, ByteDance, xAI, GitHub, Notion, or any other provider whose products appear on this site.

2. What You Purchase

When you purchase a product, you receive login credentials (email/password), gift links, or access tokens for a third-party account. This is not an upgrade to your personal account. Any data in your personal account remains separate and is not transferred.

3. Payment & Delivery

  • Payments are processed via NOWPayments (crypto only). We do not store payment details.
  • Delivery is completed by email within 20 minutes of payment confirmation.
  • Credentials are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Network fees are paid by the customer; the displayed price is exactly what you send.

4. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your access stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact our Telegram support for a free replacement. This guarantee covers account access issues only, not feature changes by the original provider.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are generally not offered after credentials are delivered. If delivery fails or inventory is unavailable, a full refund will be issued automatically. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for securing the credentials we provide.
  • Do not share, resell, or transfer the account to others.
  • Violation of the original provider's Terms of Service may result in account termination without replacement.

7. Disclaimers

  • Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific features.
  • Third-party providers may change pricing, features, or terms at any time.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Z2u Store operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
