When withdrawing/sending, match the network to what NOWPayments shows at checkout. We support:

Which coin should I use?
USDT TRC20 or USDC on Solana/Polygon — lowest fees, fastest. Avoid BTC/ETH for small amounts due to high fees.
What if I send the wrong amount?
NOWPayments detects under/overpayments. You'll get a refund link or need to pay the difference. Contact Telegram support if issues.
What if I send to wrong network?
Funds may be lost. Always verify the network matches. Contact support immediately — sometimes recoverable.
How long does confirmation take?
TRC20/SOL/Polygon: ~30 seconds. ERC20: 1-10 minutes. BTC: 10-60 minutes.
Do I need to verify identity?
